Dr. Tiffany M. Darby (Owner)

Dr. Darby has over 19 years of mental health services experience. She earned her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Kent State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation and a Licensed School Counselor in the State of Ohio. Throughout her professional career, Dr. Darby has worked in a variety of settings including, partial-hospitalization, residential, college counseling, outpatient, school and community based. She has worked mostly with diverse youth who display behavior concerns, families and couples. Dr. Darby is an active member of the American Counseling Association. She has presented on a variety of topics at several conferences nationwide. Dr. Darby has been a college professor since 2015. She is currently an Associate Professor and Interim Director of Doctoral Field Experiences at the University of the Cumberlands.

Tammara Hill, Executive Assistant

Ms. Hill brings over 15 years’ experience as an administrative professional, customer service specialist, office manager, site administrator, public service worker, and clerical specialist to the table. She has a proven record of efficiency in managerial and administrative duties. She is proficient in a wide range of computer applications, book keeping, scheduling, and she has strong background in customer relations. For her efforts, she has been awarded Administrative Assistant of the Year and also has won several Employee of the Month nominations and awards. Melissa Parsons, LPC 

Ms. Parsons received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and master’s degree in community counseling from Cleveland State University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings. She has training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. Her areas of special interest include treatment for substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and panic disorder, depression, low self-esteem, behavioral issues, interpersonal and relationship issues using EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) techniques.


She is available on a flexible schedule including evenings Mondays/Thursdays 5p-7p; Fridays 2p-5p, Saturdays 9a-1p, other times can be arranged after first session. 

Latisa Hamilton , LPC-Intern

Ms. Hamilton is a senior at Grand Canyon University where she is completing her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling. In such a broad profession Latisa has learned the importance of applying classic techniques to modern day counseling. Being knowledgeable of different therapeutic approaches she often incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into most of her sessions. Having over 10 years of experience in mental health as an Intensive Case Manager, Recovery Coach and Assessment Worker working with various ages. Supporting people with substance abuse, medical/ mental health disorders, homelessness, residential, reintegration, inpatient/ outpatient counseling, trauma and crisis intervention. Completing her Practicum with Dr. Tiffany Darby with the goal of receiving her LPC in March 2021.
